Former VENOM Drummer Performs With DOWN In Glasgow
June 23, 2009Former VENOM and current DEF-CON-ONE drummer Antony "Antton" Lant joined DOWN on stage on June 12, 2009 in Glasgow, U.K. to perform the song "Bury Me In Smoke". Lant tells BLABBERMOUTH.NET, "I must say it was an absolute honor to play with those guys; I had a blast."

Antton — who is the brother of VENOM frontman Conrad "Cronos" Lant — left VENOM in April in order to concentrate on his own band, DEF-CON-ONE.
"Hell", the latest album from VENOM, was released in North America in September 2008 via Universal Music Enterprises.
DEF-CON-ONE's recently released 10-track CD "Blood Soaks The Floor", is available from the band's MySpace page.
DEF-CON-ONE is currently unsigned and is seeking management.
